My pendant got stucked on custom (not a seller fault, its usual annoying thing when comes to our custum regardless of paid VAT through Etsy or any other platform) Anyway Ugur was sooooo helpful and provided all extra documents I've needed to pass smoothly through. So 5 star for the service. Thank you :) As for a pendant, honestly photo doesn't do the justice at all. Its absolutely beautiful and amazing craftsmanship. Beautifully packed and came with silver cleaning cloth. 5 stars is simply not enough, wish I can give more. Highly recommend this shop.
